return and exchange policy

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss refund or exchange. Following are general options.

FAULTY
In a rare event that your item is faulty, a refund (the service we use, refunds can only be sent to the original payment method) or exchange (if stock is available) will be offered. Please send your order number, explanation and photos of the faulty product via contact or email us on info@synurserycollection.com within 14 days of receipt otherwise we are unable to offer refund or exchange. Once assessed and approved, a refund or exchange product will be sent as mutually agreed.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please take care when ordering as we are unable to offer refund or exchange due to change of mind purchases or incorrect selections.

SALE ITEMS
Any sale items purchased are not refundable or exchangeable, please choose carefully. All sale purchases are final.


PLEASE NOTE
  • Shipping cost is at your own expense. We strongly advise you to use tracked delivery service or purchase shipping insurance for more security. SY Nursery Collection does not take any responsibility for your package while it is in transit to us (for example item lost in transit)
  • Any refund amount will be less shipping cost including any order qualified for a free freight
  • The service we use, refunds can only be sent to the original payment method
  • We try our best to accurately show the true product colours however, slight colour variation may occur between product colour and from the picture displayed due to differences in computer monitor or other devices
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse will not be considered for a refund or exchange
